Who we are

Phil

Phil has been working with and for nonprofit organizations for 18 years. He has experience serving in a variety of roles including the formation and management of programs and projects for people with developmental, psychiatric and physical disabilities, at risk single mothers, farmers, and youth. Phil was the 2010 MCHSP Manager of the year for the state of Massachusetts. Phil's heart and passion is working with and learning from people with disabilities as they have taught him what it means to be human. Phil has his Bachelor of Arts from Gordon College and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Human Services Management from Suffolk University.

Anneliese

Anneliese has her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked as an early intervention specialist for children with autism, a case manager for adults with disabilities and as a teacher. She has helped start programs for people with disabilities, at risk mothers and children. She has a passion for education, especially the foundations laid in the early years. She believes that children should love learning, and adults need to support that love by creating spaces and opportunities for them explore, make messes and ask questions.
